I first came to Dubai’s property market as an investor. What looked exciting from a distance soon became a maze of developers, projects, payment plans and well-meant but conflicting advice.
Finding my way through it taught me what buyers really need: honest answers, a clear comparison and someone who takes the time to explain. That experience is the foundation of how I advise today, with clarity, personal attention and never any pressure.
